Is tap water drinkable? What is the Hygiene you follow on trek & camping trips.

Do not drink the tap water anywhere in Pakistan. Filtered or bottled mineral water is available in all major hotels, restaurants and bazaars on your route.

We do observe strict code of hygiene at kitchen on trek and camps..

Cook/helpers have no shortage of detol/duster cloth etc & utensils are washed properly & left in detol water to disinfect.

Tin garbage in not buried but carried back.

While camping plenty of tea is provided & water treated with iodine drops.
